The Cat Burglar is a character that makes his debut in Episode XXIV: Jack Is Naked. He was seen running from out of nowhere carrying a sack, then he accidentally bumps into Jack who was naked. Jack then knocks him out in an alley and steals his clothes. It is unknown if he got his clothes back or got caught by the Angry Mob or the police.
It is unknown how the destruction of Past Aku affected his existence.
