"Episode XXIV: Jack Is Naked" is the twenty-fourth episode in the second season of Samurai Jack.

Plot

In a distant swamp, Jack is battling a robot monster and finally defeats it. He emerges covered in mud and goes to a waterfall to clean off. He removes his clothes and bathes himself, but discovers that a rabbit has stolen his clothing. He follows it into the woods and falls down a rabbit hole. He finds himself in a bizarre underground city with bizarre colorful inhabitants, human and animal alike. A burglar bumps into Jack and is astonished to see him nude. Jack knocks him out and borrows his clothing, and mask then takes his bag of stolen goods. The townspeople see him and accuse him of stealing their cats, and give chase. Jack is hit by a taxi and its driver offers him a ride. The balloon taxi very slowly lifts into the air as the mob tries to hang onto the taxi and drag it back down. Jack finally drops the cats and they soar into the air.

As they travel through the town, Jack sees a floating fairy-like figure. The driver points out a white rabbit and Jack drops down after it and pursues. He runs into the mob again and climbs up to a nearby window. The mob bursts in but Jack dons a dress and a blonde wig and the people mistake him for a woman. Once they leave, a man grabs him and shoves him out onto a stage where Jack finds himself in a performance as the Princess of Hearts with no idea what he's doing. The director throws him lines and a cardboard dragon that resembles Aku emerges from the fake castle. Jack instinctively attacks it as the crowd applauds.

Jack spots the rabbit and goes in pursuit. Outside, he sees it leave in a subway car. Jack follows but the children mistake him for the actress he's disguised as and rip off his clothing. When they realize he's a man, the girls scream and Jack runs after the subway car, drawing the attention of a policeman. He calls in reinforcements and Jack jumps into the subway tunnel. The policemen pursue on a beetle car as Jack grabs the back of the subway train and tries to get inside. He breaks off the door and throws it back, knocking the police off the rails. They call for backup while Jack goes through the subway car and sneaks up on the rabbit. However, the passengers grab Jack and he's forced to flee as more police arrive. He goes up to the driver's cabin and renders the man unconscious, then disguises himself in the driver's clothing. Jack tries to leave but the subway car goes out of control and he has no idea how to drive. Jack hits a button and the car flies into the air. A passenger directs Jack to the control sphere and he manages to land it.

Chasing after the rabbit, Jack follows it to a log and crawls inside into a tunnel to a chamber. He grabs the rabbit, but gradually awakens to find out that it was all a dream. He then realizes that he had tripped and bonked his head while he was chasing the rabbit. He manages to recover his sword and even though he is still naked he continues his journey naked and proud.

In the very last sequence, the signature red-eyed Jack close-up is altered with the same music and images from Jack's prior meeting with the elephant fairy. The reason for this is still unknown.
