Realistically speaking, the only people who would still exist in the future are- Tengu, The Tribe, The Guardian, and the Minions of Set (due to being resealed).
Those are the only possible characters who could still be around that aren't true gods.
Everyone else in the future would never have even come to earth without Aku's influence, while those characters I mentioned have always been on earth.
The future was retconned, so without Aku's place in history the daughters and most of the cast are simply gone.
